With this document, pursuant to articles. 13 and 122 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (“Privacy Code”), and pursuant to the provisions of the General measure, of the privacy guarantor of 8 May 2014, Boilernova srl, owner of the management, provides users of the website www. boilernova.it some information about the cookies used.
What are cookies.
A “cookie” is a small text file created on the user’s computer at the time when it accesses to a particular site, with the purpose of storing and transporting information.

Art.7 Legislative Decree no.196/2003

Personally, identifiable information sent to us. These are all the information that can be used to identify and contact you, including your e-mail address, name and surname, or telephone number (these we call your “Personal Information”).
2. PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY.
We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with our website or while using our services. Boilernova automatically receives and records information on our servers, including your IP address, cookie information, and the page you requested. However, you agree that no matter what measures we take, it is technically impossible for us to guarantee total security of information released online. Accepted are the security implications related to the providing of information on the internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security or disclosure of information unless it is caused by our negligence. We will keep control over the confidentiality of the provided information. If you agreed or you have provided your email address, we may periodically send suggestions about new products or services we offer. You may choose not to receive this information at any time.
